Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Verra. By accessing or using the Verra platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Verra. By creating an account, uploading a call, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

Verra is a B2B SaaS platform that analyses sales call recordings. You upload audio or video recordings; Verra transcribes them, generates a coaching report using AI, and provides a dashboard for managers and sales reps to review performance.

Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a free trial. The trial lasts for 7 calendar days or until you have analysed 5 calls, whichever comes first.

No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial your account will be limited until you subscribe to a paid plan. Data created during your trial is retained for 30 days after the trial expires.

Trial abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to extend trial access — is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Subscription and Billing

Verra is priced on a per-seat basis. A “seat” is one named user (manager or rep) with access to your workspace. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Minimum seats. Each plan has a minimum seat requirement. Starter and Growth plans require a minimum of 3 seats; Enterprise requires a minimum of 10 seats. You are billed for the minimum even if fewer seats are active.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Polar. By subscribing you authorise Polar to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Plan changes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Verra to:

  • Upload recordings without obtaining legally required consent from all parties on the call in your jurisdiction.
  • Upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in an automated or unauthorised manner.
  • Circumvent usage limits or account restrictions.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consents to record and analyse any calls uploaded to Verra. Verra accepts no liability for unlawful recordings.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Verra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all call recordings, transcripts, and data you upload. You grant Verra a limited licence to process this data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will never use it to train AI models.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.

Upon cancellation your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. If you resubscribe within 30 days your data will be restored.

Verra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI analysis will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verra's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

In no event will Verra be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
