Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Verra (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. By using Verra you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data We Collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address, first name, and company name. If you sign in via Google OAuth we receive your name and email from Google.

Call recordings. You upload audio or video recordings of sales calls. These files are stored securely and used solely to generate your coaching reports.

Transcripts and analysis. We generate a text transcript from each recording and produce an AI coaching report. Both are stored and accessible to your team through the platform.

Usage data. We collect anonymised product-usage events (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Verra service, including transcription, AI analysis, and reporting.
  • Authenticate your account and enforce team-level access controls.
  • Send transactional emails such as report delivery and account notifications via Resend.
  • Understand how users interact with the product so we can improve it.
  • Process subscription payments and manage your billing via Polar.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or call data to any third party.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.

Row-level security (RLS) is enforced at the database level, ensuring that only authenticated members of your company can access your company's data. No other Verra customer can access your data.

Call recording files are stored in Supabase Storage with private, signed-URL access — they are never publicly accessible by URL alone.

4. Call Recordings

We never use your call recordings to train AI models. Your recordings and transcripts are sent to third-party AI services (Deepgram for transcription, Anthropic for analysis) only for the purpose of generating your report. Neither Deepgram nor Anthropic is permitted to use your data to train their models under our agreements with them.

Recordings are automatically deleted in accordance with your plan's retention policy. Starter plan retains call history for 3 months; Growth and Enterprise plans retain unlimited history. You may manually delete any recording at any time from your dashboard.

5. Third-Party Services

Verra integrates with the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription of call recordings.
  • Anthropic — AI analysis of call transcripts to generate coaching reports.
  • Polar — subscription management and payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (report notifications, account emails).
  • PostHog — anonymised product analytics to understand feature usage.

Each of these providers processes only the data necessary to perform their specific function and is bound by their own privacy and security policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access. You can view all your data within the Verra platform at any time.
  • Deletion. You can delete individual call recordings from your dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
  • Export. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us. We will provide it in a portable format within 30 days.
  • Correction. If any account information is inaccurate you can update it in your account settings or by contacting us.

7. Contact
